Thank you for you interest in using Knitability products in your instructional environment. Being a small business focused on instruction, we strive to make doing business with us pleasant and uncomplicated.
Terms and Conditions
All teacher accounts must be pre-paid by check, Visa or Mastercard.
No initial minimum order is required to open an account but we reserve the right to evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis. Only applicants we believe to be performing ongoing instructional activities will be given an account. We require a completed Teacher Account Form to open a new teacher account. A Teacher Order form and the Terms and Conditions are available as PDF documents. In addition, California businesses must also complete a California Resale Certificate.

Prices FOB Le Grand, California. All shipments are sent USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Returns:
- All returns must be authorized, no unauthorized returns.
- Restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns unless merchandise is determined to defective or shipped in error.
- Returns must be made within three (3) months of purchase date. An invoice number is required to verify date of purchase.
- All returns are for company credit, no cash refunds will be provided.
- No returns on patterns.
