This is an easy knitting pattern where simplicity merges with style in a great "my first sweater" project. If you can already handle the basics of knit and purl then you are ready to move on to your first garment.

High definition moss stitch or purl stitches against a background of stockinette adds texture to this bulky yarn. The jacket's clean silhouette takes you to the office or the ranch with equal style. The casual pullover's comfortable fit will make it a weekend favorite. With detailed visual instructions for all the skills listed below, your success is our goal.

• 520 (600, 650, 700, 775) yds extra bulky (CYCA #6)
  Jacket
• 450 (600, 740, 800) yds extra bulky (CYCA #6)
  Pullover
  Samples made in Brown Sheep Burley Spun
• 10.0 mm (US #15) Circular Needle (24"- 29")
• 1 button (Jacket only)
• 1 skein of pearl cotton in matching color - optional but recommended

Finished measurements include:

42 (48, 52, 58, 66)" - Jacket
40 (46, 52, 57)” - Pullover

Plan on 6" - 8" of ease.
