New for 2008, all of our knitting patterns are packaged up and ready for you to teach. Now in addition to our detailed instructions and pictures for each design, you can purchase Teacher’s Notes which includes marketing materials to round out the package. All you have to supply is the instructor.
Teacher's Kit
The teacher's kit comes with a complete set of teacher’s notes including alternative schedules, a CD with a variety of print ready and internet ready pictures, customizable supply lists, class descriptions and a complete sample student kit. Everything you need to get started teaching.
Student Handout 5 Pack
For those who want to create their own supply kit the Student Handout 5 pack is the way to go. Not only do you get 5 copies of our detailed Student Handout, but we also include 5 vinyl carrying cases to make it easy for students to transport their project to and from class.
All of our class materials have been tested by teachers across the country and have consistently proven to be favorites among students. Each student handout features:
- Detailed step-by-step instructions and full color pictures of each skill listed under the Skills Taught heading.
- True to life photographic sample of yarn used in the project, the CYCA number, and suggested yarn alternatives if available.
- Pattern summary on the back cover including skills required, skills taught, and supply list.
- Class projects that are small enough to complete with minimal out-of-class knitting time but practical enough to keep or give as a gift.
