Pattern Customization -- Your Yarn, Your Gauge
You have a handle on the knitting math basics, so now how do you apply this knowledge to your world of knitting? Students will each work through converting a basic sweater pattern into their own yarn/gauge. This class will address dealing with pattern multiples, stitch versus row gauge and when to make an educated guess.
Homework swatch, pencil, calculator, tape measure.
Prepare one 6" X 6" swatch in your preference of yarn and stitch pattern.
