Necklines and Finish Lines

Description: For most sweaters, the neckline is one of the last elements knitted in the body. A good fitting neckline can make all the different how well a sweater hangs on the body. Gain insights on two of the most common neckline styles as well as tips and tricks for finishing a garment in style.
Supplies: Homework swatch, calculation and measurements, print out of the class handout, calculator and pencil or pen.
Homework: 6" x 6" swatch in the yarn and stitch pattern of your choice laundered as you would a garment made from the swatch fabric. Calculate the stitches and rows per inch. Back neck and armhole depth measurements
Duration: 2 hours per session - 1 session
