Knitability is focused on "Taking Knitters to the Next Level...", as such, our line of Class In A Bag kits not only supports entry level skills and introduction to new techniques, we also have projects for the more advanced knitter.
Class In A Bag
We know that regardless of skill, there is always something else to learn in the world of knitting. Each of the projects shown above assumes a reasonably strong knowledge of the basics and provides more advanced knitting instruction.
Each student kit includes everything a student will need for the project with the exception of the basics. Each handout included in the student kit features:
- Detailed step-by-step instructions and full color pictures of each skill listed under the Skills Taught heading.
- True to life photographic sample of yarn used in the project, the CYCA number, and suggested yarn alternatives if available.
- Pattern summary on the back cover including skills required, skills taught, and supply list.
Even with experience, the satisfaction of a completed project is rewarding. As such, even our advanced instructions feature projects that are practical and can be completed with a minimal investment of time. Our advanced knitting instructions feature techniques for building sweaters from the top down, working with stripes and creating gloves, learning color techniques and constructing entrelac projects in a whole new way.
