Shipping Policy
Knitability focuses on fulfilling orders as soon as reasonably possible, in most cases 1 - 2 business days. Occassionally we are unable to meet this goal due to business travel. If your shipment requires urgent attention, please call our toll free number 866.564.8548 to ensure we are aware of your timing requirements.
All regular orders will be sent via either USPS or UPS depending upon the size of the package. If you have preference for any reason, please state so in the comments section of the shopping cart and we will do our best to meet your request. Small packages of 1 pound or more are sent Priority Mail via USPS. Larger packages, in most cases, will be sent UPS ground.
Our shipping rates are based on the total dollar value of your order and include a handling fee for miscellaneous costs such as packaging. All orders of $200 or more receive free shipping. Orders being sent to Canada have a flat fee of $2 added to the shipping and handling fee. As a consumer, if you wish to reduce your shipping cost, we encourage you to contact your local Knitability retailer. Our rate table is as follows:

- $20.00 - $49.99 -> $5.00
- $50.00 - $99.99 -> $10.00
- $100.00 - $149.99 -> $15.00
- $150.00 - $199.99 -> $18.00
- $200 or more -> FREE
